Local media reported that at least 100 irregulars from both sides were killed during the last two days of clashes, including 85 from factions loyal to Ankara and 16 from the SDF.
The Kurdish formations repelled several attacks in the east and southeast of Manbij, and at the strategic Tishreen dam, sources said.
They added that the death toll during almost a month of clashes rose to 220, including 62 of the SDF forces.
Meanwhile, Turkish fighter jets launched at least eight raids against Kurdish positions in the vicinity of the Tishreen Dam and the town of Deir Hafer in eastern Aleppo province.
Since the end of last November, the SDF has been facing attacks by groups supported by Ankara to control areas in the northeast of the country, including the city of Tabqa and the administrative center of Raqa governorate in the north and the towns of Al-Khafsa and Miska, west of the Euphrates river.
The head of the new Syrian administration, Ahmed Al-Sharaa had confirmed on more than one occasion that all armed formations in Syria, including the SDF, should surrender their weapons to join the Ministry of Defense.
