The Bolivarian Republic joined this initiative with a series of its own activities, after participating the day before in the virtual meeting for the launch of the event, which will cover all of 2025 and in which more than 100 communicators from various countries and latitudes participated.

García detailed that Venezuela ratified its total support for “this great initiative that comes to consolidate the collective actions to condemn the genocidal blockade of Cuba by the US government, as well as to demand from the empire the immediate removal of the Caribbean island from the list of alleged sponsoring countries of terrorism.”

He announced that from the homeland of Simon Bolivar they will continue to be firm in the loving campaign to collect One Hundred Bolivars for Cuba and others that will be developed throughout 2025.

Among them he mentioned caravans, musicals, meetings, joint actions in the states and their coordination, as well as with women, youth, revolutionary parties and in general with Venezuelans who “love Cuba and its people.”

Garcia pointed out that Venezuela has always reciprocated so much love and brotherhood from Cuba and recalled the recent sending of the “revolutionary government of more than 300 tons of support in the face of the effects of natural phenomena and the intensification of coercive sanctions against the homeland of Jose Marti.”

In the opinion of the national coordinator of the Movement, unity will be the fundamental key to the success of this marathon of love and he assured that this will be a great challenge. He affirmed that both in Cuba and in Venezuela, with “Presidents Nicolás Maduro and Miguel Díaz-Canel at the forefront, we will win, bringing the truth and the reality of our people who are rising up against fascism and the blockade.”
