The Mongolian leader described the Cuban people as friends in his message on the island’s national day.

During the day, the Cuban embassy in Mongolia commemorated the 66th anniversary of the triumph of the Revolution and the new year 2025 with Mongolian-Cuban families and their descendants.

Ambassador Jorge Ferrer highlighted the will to continue the Revolution demonstrated by the recent march of more than 500,000 people in Havana to denounce and demand an end to the US blockade and the exclusion of the Caribbean island from the unilateral list of countries alleged to be sponsors of terrorism.

Ferrer congratulated the Cuban people and the families at the activity and wished them a happy 2025 with health and success.

The Cuban diplomat also met with the famous young Mongolian musician and cultural ambassador, Narandelger, to discuss possibilities for bilateral cultural exchanges in 2025.
