“Three drones attacked Grozny on Sunday, December 15, and although two of them were shot down by air defenses, the third fell on the territory of the Akhmad-Grozny police unit, Kadyrov wrote on the Telegram social network.
There are no casualties or injuries, the Chechen governor added, and stated that any attempt at an attack in the future would lead to “more precise and harsh retaliation.”
He mentioned in this context that the Russian Aerospace Forces eliminated more than 200 Ukrainian soldiers in the Kharkiv region on Sunday, according to Kadyrov, thanks to information provided by Chechen fighters.
This is the second Ukrainian drone attack on Grozny in less than a week. On December 12, four guards were injured after an intercepted drone detonated in the air and fell on the barracks of a police regiment in Grozny.
