Thunderous and successive explosions have been heard in this capital in the wake of Israeli air raids on all positions and units in the surroundings of Damascus, to which added the full razing of a scientific research center in the capital’s Barzeh neighborhood.

The smoke billowing from the raids caused spread danger of suffocation among the population of the capital’s municipalities of Bazeh and Reken Eddin.

On the other hand, an Israeli incursion targeted the headquarters of the Electronic Warfare Department near Al-Bahdalia, adjacent to the town of Sayyeda Zeinab, south of Damascus.

Other attacks destroyed the helicopter airfield and its facilities in the Aqraba area, east of this capital.

In the northeastern province of Hasakeh, an attack targeted the Qamishli airport, while loud explosions were heard in the central province of Homs, following an onslaught on military centers and the Sheyarat air base.

Other bombings demolished the plants of the Ministry of Defense and the scientific research center in the municipality of Messiaf, west of the central province of Hama.

Successive Israeli attacks hit squadrons of fighter planes, military airports, air defense batteries and weapons and ammunition depots.

On the Syrian coast, Israeli missiles sank all the vessels of the Syrian Navy.

At this time, Prensa Latina confirmed an Israeli reconnaissance plane flying over Damascus, droping an array of bombs south of the capital.
