Speaking from the site where Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah was murdered, in the southern suburbs of Beirut, Amani stressed that Lebanon will remain a symbol of strength in the region. In his first public activity after recovering from wounds caused by Israeli electronic terrorist attacks in September, the diplomat reiterated that the Lebanese people will continue resisting in the face of Israeli aggression.
“I wanted to come here, in my first public appearance after treatment, to let the martyrs’ strength and determination inspire us,” he said.
The Iranian diplomat assured Lebanon would regain its occupied territories and described Israel’s aggressive actions as futile.
