The event will begin on Thursday, December 5th, with meetings of foreign ministers, ministers of the economy and the presidents of the central banks, while the leaders will meet on Friday, December 6th.

For Yamandú Orsi, Uruguay’s international insertion in Mercosur is a strategy that he shares, but he prioritized the “unity” of the bloc and the countries of the region in the face of an “uncertain world.”
