Some media outlets estimated that around 30 Syrians were killed while repelling the fierce terrorist offensive.
In southern Idlib, the irregulars opened another front from the towns of Nairab and Sarmin towards the municipality of Saraqueb, located on the strategic and vital international highway between Aleppo and Damascus.
On Wednesday, elements of the 25th Division of the Republican Guard and other military formations engaged in combat with hundreds of suicide bombers in the west of Aleppo province, nearly 400 kilometers north of the capital.
