United States returns irregular migrants to Cuba

Havana, Nov 27 (Prensa Latina) The United States returned 24 irregular migrants, including a woman, to Cuba by air on Tuesday, the Ministry of the Interior reported on its official website on Wednesday.

The press release indicated that the US Coast Guard Service had also returned four other people in the port of Orozco, in Bahía Honda, Artemisa (about 60 km southwest of Havana).

With these two operations, 87 Cubans have been returned from different countries in the region in 2024, totaling 1,255 returnees.
