This policy of extreme suffocation has been condemned by the overwhelming majority of the international community, he said and reiterated his country’s willingness to maintain cordial relations with the US people, as well as its readiness to engage in dialogue, on equal terms, with the government of the northern power, despite the totally asymmetric bilateral relationship and the blockade imposed on Cuba for 62 years.
