The text reiterated the congratulations of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro on behalf of his people and government, for the runoff held on Sunday, in which the FA won with 49.84 percent, according to the official results.
Maduro wished Orsi “the greatest success” in a post on his Telegram channel this Sunday.

The FA electoral formula, Yamandu Orsi-Carolina Cosse, won the elections on Sunday with 1,196,798 votes, while their rivals from the government coalition, Alvaro Delgado and Valeria Ripoll, received 1,101,296 votes.
