Being held at the National University’s Leon de Greiff Auditorium, the event also seeks to analyze the peace process and present alternatives to confront other forms of violence while contributing to the construction of an inclusive social movement, democracy, and social justice.
The Assembly is part of the activities organized to commemorate the 8th anniversary of the signing of the Final Peace Agreement between the Colombian Government and the former Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia-People’s Army (FARC-EP) in November 2016.
Another objective for this Friday is the lecture “Update of the Implementation Framework Plan (IFP): a path towards the Comprehensive Implementation of the Final Peace Agreement.”
An adjustment to the IFP was recently approved to establish priorities in the implementation of Development Plans with a Territorial Approach, reintegration programs, land distribution, and poverty reduction, in line with the National Development Strategy of the Government.
