As of Friday (November 15), 69% of parents or guardians had collected the Juancito Pinto bonus, 31% had not yet cashed. As it is an incentive to stay in school, we urge parents to go to the bank for the corresponding collection,” La Paz Departmental Education Director Basilio Perez said.
He warned that the last stage of the calendar of this incentive has already begun, which will end on November 30, the date until which it will be possible to access this incentive of 200 bolivians (almost 30 dollars) that is allocated to students of fiscal schools, conventions, and special education centers.
He recalled that for the payment of the incentive in remote and hard-to-reach regions, where there is no presence of financial institutions, pay brigades are moved, in coordination with district directorates.
The ID card and simple photocopy of the document are the only requirements for collection.
In the Pacino department, the school bond benefits 557,213 students.
This benefit aims to reduce the dropout rate, encourage enrollment, stay and the completion of the school year of students in Bolivia.
The payment of the Juancito Pinto Bond officially began on October 14 and will conclude on November 30.
