Through the social network X, the head of state himself announced that representatives from Albania, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Japan, Mali, Panama, Somalia, the Holy See, Tunisia and Uzbekistan presented their official documents.
He also reported that during the protocolary acts he spoke with the heads of the missions about the opportunities to strengthen ties in various areas.
Díaz-Canel also thanked the authorities of those nations for their support in Cuba’s confrontation with the economic blockade imposed by the United States government.
He also stated that the diplomatic authorities will have all the guarantees and support of the Cuban government to carry out their efforts.
The president received the ambassadors at the Palace of the Revolution, together with Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez.
