The attendees at the conclave will discuss strategies to achieve shared development goals, and it is expected that possible collaborations will emerge from the exchange of experiences.

Government leaders from Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Belize, Bahamas, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Montserrat, Saint Lucia, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago will attend the event and welcome Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
They will interact with Modi and share ways of working together on issues of small island developing states, climate change, business and trade.
