In a second action, Hezbollah launched an airstrike with a squadron of assault drones on the special unit of the Shayetet 13 naval task force at the Atlit base, south of Haifa.
The Resistance drones accurately hit a concentration of Israeli forces near a military checkpoint in the settlement of Avivim.
In that area, less than two kilometers from the southern Lebanese village of Maroun al-Ras, fighters fired rockets at another group of enemy troops.
In the morning, Hezbollah also reported the drone attack on an Israeli concentration in the settlement of Yir’on and the bombing of a gathering of forces at the newly established headquarters of the Western Brigade Command in Ya’ara.
In addition, it confirmed the launching of volleys of rockets to the Shiraga base (administrative headquarters of the Golani Brigade), north of the city of Akka, and shelled the headquarters of the infantry battalion of the 769th Eastern Brigade in Ramim twice.
Israeli media acknowledged the launching of a volley of 30 heavy missiles to central Galilee, Al-Karyot and western Galilee, as well as explosions in northern Haifa.
