“The president of our country, Vladimir Putin, said that he was always ready for communication, we did not spoil it, the ball is somewhere else,” Lavrov said Thursday in an interview with Russian journalist Marina Kim.
Lavrov added that he had no expectations associated with the arrival of Donald Trump to the Presidency.
On November 7th, within the context of the Valdai International Discussion Club in Sochi, Putin declared that Russia is open to reestablishing relations with the United States.
