The South American nation reaffirms its position as a strategic partner for Cuba by presenting a gamut of products under the ‘Made in Venezuela’ seal, promoted by the Venezuelan government, according to a press release.
In the last decade business intentions exceeded 596 million dollars, a sign of the growing diversification of Venezuelan products in the Cuban market and the promotion of international cooperation.
The document adds that Venezuela has been attending Fihav for more than two decades, thus consolidating its presence with the ‘Venezuela Exports’ program, which acquired 2,945 square meters of exhibition space this time.
Sectors such as food, tourism, industry, textiles, logistics, metal mechanics, technology and handicrafts are represented at Fihav 2024, a space in which Venezuela intends to increase investments and promote joint projects, especially in the energy and health sectors.
It should be noted that in 2024 three virtual business meetings were held in the agri-food, construction, biopharmaceutical, tourism, culture and industrial sectors, generating commercial intentions of approximately US$3.11 million.
