Farah, who visited Beijing at the head of an Ethiopian delegation, expressed during the meeting held yesterday the willingness of the political group to deepen cooperation with China in economy, trade, culture and other fields to promote the development of relations between the two parties and countries.

In turn, Li Hongzhong, who is also a member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, commented that in recent years, the leaders of both nations maintained close exchanges guided by the comprehensive and rapid development of bilateral relations.

The Chinese authority said Beijing is willing to work with Ethiopia to implement the important consensus reached, firmly support each other, strengthen exchanges between political organizations, deepen practical cooperation, enhance international coordination, and push for a sustained solution and in-depth development of bilateral ties.
