The Spanish Foreign Ministry announced today that the Foreign Affairs Minister, José Manuel Albares, will welcome the representatives of the more than 40 countries and institutions that will attend the event on October 28 in the Catalan capital.

The main objective of the meeting is to address the situation in the Middle East.
