This group of misers, which neither represents the international community nor has the authority to supervise and control sovereign states, it charged, “this time improperly discussed global security issues, spoke of incompatible confrontation and justified the expansion of its defense industry.”

This is an open practice of double standards, a frontal challenge to world peace and a statement aimed at reviving the cold war, it pointed out.
