Almost at the same time, Yamandu Orsi, presidential candidate of the opposition Broad Front (Frente Amplio-FA), and Alvaro Delgado, candidate of the ruling National Party (PN), will make their final appearances.

Orsi will hold a large rally in Montevideo’s Batlle Park, where the FA has its main political capital.

Delgado will close his campaign in Las Piedras city, in the department of Canelones, as current President Luis Lacalle Pou did in the 2019 elections.

Both candidates lead the vote intention polls, with advantage for the FA candidate.
