We still cannot understand why the UN Secretariat avoids calling things by their name and holding the occupying state responsible for the consequences of the violation of the cease-fire, Ghali, also president of the Saharawi Arab Democratic Republic says, broadcast here by SPS, the official Saharawi agency.
He also recalls that on November 13, 2020, the Moroccan army attacked Saharawi civilians in Kerkerat, also called Guerguerat, a small town in the southwest of Western Sahara, occupied by Morocco, an action which triggered the resumption of military operations in Western Sahara.
