The UOL website indicates that the assistance of technicians from other countries began to arrive in Brazil on Monday.
The energy company reported to UOL that professionals from Chile and Argentina started working on Monday. Those from Italy and Spain should begin this Tuesday.
An estimated 65 specialists have come to reinforce the ENEL team, which also received support from its distributors in the country.
Groups working from bases in Rio de Janeiro and the northeastern state of Ceara were also called and arrived in Sao Paulo over the weekend.
Some 2,900 technicians are now working to solve the power grid problem in Sao Paulo and its metropolitan area.
About 340,000 customers remained without power on Monday at 18:30 hours, local time, three days after the power cut.
So far, the company informed that 1.7 million homes have had their power restored.
