The meeting was chaired by the general director of Organizational Development in the largest of the Antilles, Frank Trujillo, and on the German side by Dr. Andreas Kerst, head of Subdirectorate VIII B- Participation Management of the Federal Ministry of Finance.
The event was attended by the Cuban Embassy here and representatives of the German Society for International Cooperation GmbH (GIZ).
