The vice president made an urgent call to build a new horizon of life and generate a revolution of ideas starting from the ancestral and cultural roots of the peoples.

The meeting’s purpose is to bring together intellectuals from different areas to reflect, hold dialogues and debate their research on behalf of grass roots, labor and academic sectors.

Organized by the country’s Vice Presidency, in coordination with the Mayor of San Andres University, this meeting aims at transforming society and contribute to the construction of the Plurinational State.
