Beijing to host China International Friendship Conference

Beijing, Oct 9 (Prensa Latina) The Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC) will hold the China International Friendship Conference and celebrate the 70th anniversary of its founding, a spokesman informed on Wednesday.

According to the statement, the event will be held on October 11 in this capital under the slogan, “Deepening Friendship among Peoples and Promoting the Building a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind.”

The spokesman stated that the Conference and the anniversary celebrations will bring together representatives of China-friendly organizations and international prominent figures from several countries.

Founded in 1954, the CPAFFC has played an essential role in enhancing ties between China and other nations through non-governmental cultural and diplomatic exchanges.

This year’s Conference is expected to promote dialogue among different peoples and contribute to promoting friendly relations, mutual understanding, and inclusive global development.
