The Lebanese resistance movement confirmed in separate statements that it had launched artillery shells and rockets towards these Israeli concentrations in the early morning, achieving precise impacts.
According to the statements, the operations are part of the response in support of the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and in defense of Lebanon and its people.
Hizbullah stopped yesterday several Israeli attempts to enter Lebanese soil and caused casualties in the enemy ranks in clashes in the axes of Maroun Al-Ras, Yaroun, Kafr Kila and Odaisseh.
Resistance sources revealed to the Al-Mayadeen pan-Arab channel that Hizbullah’s Radwan special forces have not yet engaged in combat, and all Israeli military units deployed in the border territories are within the range of the movement’s fire, and are being attacked with the appropriate weaponry.
The Israel forces admitted the deaths of eight soldiers at the hands of Hizbullah during border clashes, including two captains, while more than 40 soldiers were wounded.
