The Syrian Ministry of Defense confirmed on Wednesday three deaths, following an Israeli air strike against a building in Damascus, the capital of Syria.

The hostile action was directed at a residential building in the town of Mezzeh, where three people were injured and there was material damage.

The attack hit the Villat Gharbieh neighborhood, where various diplomatic missions are located, including the residence of the Cuban ambassador and the Venezuelan embassy, which are approximately 200 meters away from the impact site.

These actions occur two days after a series of attacks on border towns, where military personnel and civilians were killed and injured.
