According to the communication, the work of the robots is currently being tested in two restaurants in Vkusno and tochka (Tasty and Point) in the Russian capital.

As a reminder, Vkusno and tochka replaced the Russian franchises of McDonald’s after its withdrawal from the local market and sale of the business to its licensee, Alexander Gorov, who has been running the chain since June 2022, under the new brand.

The delivery robot carries to the table the order placed by the customer in the mobile app of Vkusno i tochka, after which it returns to the counter to fulfill the next one. While the cleaning robot moves independently and cleans the restaurant’s rooms.

In addition, the cleaning robot is equipped with computer vision and avoids obstacles on a certain path.

According to the results of the tests, the company will decide on the further development and use of this technological solution throughout the chain.
