At the same time, a fundamental characteristic of Moscow’s economic diplomacy is that it does not seek a friendship that goes against someone, unlike the West, added Birichevski, who stressed that Russia offers its partners a creative and constructive agenda, and seeks to build cooperation mechanisms taking maximum account of the interests of the parties and contribute to strengthening their economic independence.
“Our efforts are already giving practical results: the proportion of mutual settlements in national currencies is increasing,” the functionary noted.
“In trade with key partners, payment instruments are developed and integrated, logistics routes are built, and mutual investments grow,” declared the diplomat.
