For the ambassador of Mexico, Alejandro Estivill, last night was his first ceremony in Addis Ababa to commemorate the libertarian deed which, together with his team, managed to convey to the heads of diplomatic missions and accredited international organizations the emotion of shouting three times “Viva Mexico”.
Tequila, margaritas, churros with chocolate, guacamole, tacos and fruit waters were praised by attendees, even by those who for geographical reasons are very distant from knowing these combinations of flavors, something possible thanks to celebrations like these.
Photos were also taken with the Mexican embassy staff, who were decked out in traditional costumes and charro hats.
This year, from September 13 to 22, Mexican chef Raúl Martínez will bring smells, flavors and sensations to those who come to the Hyatt hotel in this capital city interested in learning more about his country through gastronomy.
