The measure improves free access for oncology patients.

Medicines to treat head and neck cancer, ovarian and uterine cancer will be added, by agreement among the Public Health Ministry (MSP), the Economy and Finance Ministry, the National Resources Fund (FNR), and the laboratories.

Procedures for breast, lung, colorectal, liver, prostate, kidney, and melanoma cancers will be updated or expanded, and obsolete drugs will be replaced with new medicines.

These measures will allow the FNR to cover free treatments, eliminating the need for legal appeals.
