The Emergency Operations Center of the health institution announced the death of one civilian and the injury of two other citizens as a result of an Israeli air raid on a vehicle on the Saghbine – Machghara road in the Bekaa Valley.
According to reports, eight villagers sustained minor injuries due to missile fire from an Israeli drone at a five-storey building on the main Zabdin road in the southern town of Nabatiyeh.
In this context, the Lebanese Resistance (Hizbulah) lamented the death of fighter Mohammad Qassem Al-Sha’er, born in 1977 in the city of Sohmor, who declared him a martyr on the road to the liberation of Al-Quds (Jerusalem).
During the day, another Israeli air strike also targeted the area between the towns of Wadi Gilo and Joya, in the south of the country. The bombardment by Tel Aviv forces included the villages of Hula, Kafr Kila and Aita Al-Shaab.
To date, the Lebanese Ministry of Health records more than 589 dead, including 137 civilians, and nearly two thousand wounded after 11 months of Israeli hostility.
