According to the report, the groups that registered increases were housing, water, electricity and gas at 2,6%, followed by restaurants and hotels; miscellaneous goods and services; transportation; food and non-alcoholic beverages; alcoholic beverages and tobacco, education and health, in that order.
INEC reported decreases in clothing and footwear and communications, furniture, household goods, recreation and culture.
Regarding the monthly inflationary relationship from June to May, it experienced a decrease of 0,3%, with decreases in the prices of products such as communications, clothing and footwear, furniture, household items and health.
