Sudary is responding to an invitation from Zhao Leji, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, who will not only visit Beijing but will also make a working trip to Shanghai to meet with Huang Lixin, chairwoman of the Standing Committee of the Shanghai Municipal People’s Congress, and tour the city’s industrial zone.

Sources in the Cambodian legislature announced that the visit comes when the friendship between the two countries is growing and cooperation between the two parliaments has reached an unprecedented level.

During her sojourn in China, the Cambodian National Assembly president will pay courtesy visits and discuss with the country’s top legislative and executive leaders on strengthening and deepening bilateral cooperation.

China will be the fifth country that Sudary will officially visit during the first year of the National Assembly’s 7th Legislature. She previously visited Vietnam, Laos, Thailand, and France.
