As a result of the well-coordinated actions of the units of the Center group of troops, the locality of Zavétnoe, located in Donetsk, was occupied, the military agency stressed in a statement published Thursday on its official Telegram page.

The enemy lost up to 530 soldiers, as well as two tanks, one armored transport, three cars, one French-made Caesar self-propelled gun, one Msta-B howitzer, two D-20 howitzers, three D-30 howitzers and one Rapira anti-tank gun.

In addition, the actions of the Center troop group on the Volchansk and Liptsovsk lines of operations caused 125 casualties to the Ukrainian Army and disabled one armored fighting vehicle, four cars, one American M777 howitzer and two 152-millimeter D-20 guns.

In turn, the Russian troop group West inflicted more than 500 casualties on the enemy. Ukraine also lost one tank, two American M113 armored personnel carriers, seven automobiles, one American М198 howitzer, one Msta-B howitzer, one D-20 howitzer and two D-30 howitzers, as well as one British and one American М101 L-119 howitzer.
