For its part, the Houthi movement has so far not reported its involvement in both bombings.

Atacados por drones otros dos barcos en el mar Rojo

Adén, Yemen, 2 sep (Prensa Latina) Dos barcos fueron alcanzados por drones en el mar Rojo en ataques atribuidos a los rebeldes hutíes del movimiento Ansar Alá, indicó hoy el Centro de Operaciones Comerciales Marítimas del Reino Unido (Ukmto, inglés).

Según el parte, los incidentes ocurrieron a poca distancia al norte del lugar en donde los socorristas trataban de rescatar un buque petrolero en llamas a consecuencia de otra agresión anterior.

Asimismo, no hay víctimas a bordo y los barcos continúan la navegación.

Por su parte, el movimiento hutí no informó hasta el momento su participación en ambos bombardeos.

Desde el pasado 19 de noviembre los rebeldes hutíes agrupados en el movimiento Ansar Alá proclamaron la decisión de atacar barcos relacionados con Israel en el golfo de Adén y el mar Rojo, en respuesta a las acciones de Tel Aviv contra Gaza.

Los hutíes controlan el norte de Yemen, incluida la capital, tras levantarse en armas contra el Gobierno en 2014, lo cual desató una guerra civil que continúa en la actualidad.
