Cuban singer-songwriters Liuba Maria Hevia and Amaury Perez in DR

Santo Domingo, Sep 2 (Prensa Latina) The concert "Caribbean Symphony" will bring together local artists and Cuban singer-songwriters Amaury Pérez and Liuba María Hevia, who are already in the Dominican Republic, both announced on social media.

From the Barajas airport in Madrid, the guitarist, composer and performer said the day before shortly before taking the plane to “my beloved Quisqueya”, that she was very excited about this concert, to be held next Friday at the National Theater of this capital.

Hevia expressed on social media her wish for these to be very special days as an artist and above all as a human being. “Sinfonía Caribeña will be unforgettable,” the renowned poet wrote.

For his part, singer-songwriter Amaury Pérez sent a hug to his followers from the South Caribbean and announced that rehearsals begin today.

“Sinfonía Caribeña” promises to be a great concert. Four voices will come together in the Carlos Piantini Hall of the National Theater: Dominicans Maridalia Hernández, Pavel Núñez and Cubans Amaury Pérez and Liuba María Hevia, together with the city’s Philharmonic Orchestra to be conducted by maestro Amaury Sánchez, creator of the show.
