Ariel Lodinsky, secretary general of the Pan American Dairy Federation (FEPALE), announced that 500 delegates, including producers, suppliers, union leaders, researchers, and technicians, from Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Mexico, Paraguay, and the host country are attending the forum.
The Panama meeting is following in the steps of Ecuador (2022), Argentina (2018), and Chile (2016), with an aim to promote better production, industrialization, and marketing for greater consumption of milk and dairy products, with an emphasis on innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation.
The three-day event also seeks to update knowledge and enhance cooperation among the technical community, the business world, governments, and the academic sector.
The Forum will focus on production, economy, markets, innovation, dairy, and health.
