Tunisian President Kais Saied recently made changes to almost his entire cabinet, removing 19 ministers, including those of Foreign Affairs and Defense.

According to the president, the reshuffle of the cabinet was necessary, because there is what he described as an open conflict between the Tunisian people, determined to be free, to achieve justice and freedom, and the fight against corruption.
