As reported by Invasor local newspaper’s website, the agreement stipulates generating a brainstorm of educational and artistic ideas, the implementation of Psychology and Art Therapy within Artistic Education, cultural exchanges and the development of joint projects in the short and long term.

Attending the signing ceremony was producer and cultural analyst Lupe Diaz and psychologist-therapist Nathaly Dueñas, chair of the Society of Health Psychology in Ciego de Avila, both members of the socio-cultural project Corazon, which offers psychotherapy to children without family support.

Amalia Gamarra, a renowned dance teacher in Paraguay, is a friendly and familiar figure for the cultural personalities in Ciego de Avila, where she is appreciated as a token bridge of solidarity between the two countries.
