As a result of the active actions of units of the Center group of troops, a large group of enemy troops was defeated and one of the largest towns in the Toretsk area and the Novgorodskoe logistics center, of strategic importance, in Donetsk, were occupied, the military statement said.

The group of troops eliminated 585 Ukrainian soldiers in one day. In addition to these losses, there are more than 680 in the South group’s line of operations, more than 450 in the West group’s line of operations, up to 110 in the East group’s line of operations, up to 105 in the North group’s line of operations, and up to 75 in the Dnieper group’s line of operations.

Russian air defenses shot down one Hammer guided aerial bomb, ten Himars projectiles, and 31 unmanned aerial vehicles over the past day, including five outside the zone of the special military operation.

Since the start of the operation on February 24, 2022, Russian forces have destroyed a total of 639 aircraft, 282 helicopters, 30,192 unmanned aerial vehicles, 575 anti-aircraft missile systems, as well as 17,345 tanks and other armored vehicles.
