A joint statement by the European Commission’s Executive Vice President responsible for Trade, Valdis Dombrovskis, and Fiji’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Trade, Cooperatives, Microenterprises, SMEs and Communications, Manoa Kamikamica, endorsed the treaty.
The pact stipulates the bilateral liberalization of trade, in order to boost Fiji’s integration into the global economy.
