“The interest of Bolivian travel agents in our caravan is obvious since the campaign started in Santa Cruz de la Sierra on August 16 with the participation of more than 160 tour operators,” Janet Ayala, representative of the Cuban Tourism Ministry (MINTUR) in this country, told Prensa Latina.
Ayala was optimistic about the presentation of the Cuba Unica campaign at that hotel this Tuesday, considering that many entrepreneurs of the sector and the media are eager for updated information about Cuba as a tourist destination.
“We will be with the most significant group of hoteliers represented in our country, both Cuban and prestigious international brands,” she said.
The authority expects the presence of representatives from companies such as Melia, Iberostar, Blue Diamond, Cubanacan Hoteles Group, Valentin, Gaviota, and Cubasol.
She commented that this caravan has been presenting the Cuba Unica campaign from August 16 to Tuesday in the Santa Cruz and Cochabamba departments and is now in La Paz.
There has been a massive participation in all cases.
