The agreement was signed by both ministers after conversations held as part of the activities carried out during the Forum, the TASS news agency reported.

The note states that Belousov and Chanyalath exchanged opinions on the most current issues on the international agenda and regional security.

Belousov also held talks with the heads of delegations from Vietnam, Laos, Mali, Burma and the Central African Republic.

As part of the talks with his counterparts, Belousov discussed the current state and prospects for the development of bilateral cooperation in the military field.
