“We are talking about another terrorist act. It was directed against civilians since they did not attack any military facility or group of troops,” Zakharova said this Wednesday in an interview for the Sputnik network.
On Tuesday, Russia’s Federal Security Service reported that Ukrainian shelling was launched against border towns in the Kursk province, stating that Russian forces did not allow any incursions on the state border.
According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, up to 300 Ukrainian soldiers, supported by 11 tanks and 20 armored vehicles, attacked the region.
