Deputy spokesman for the Islamic Emirate, Hamdullah Fitrat, said the committee will provide residents of these areas access to standard services in various sectors.

Residents of areas near the Durand Line and other border regions of the country have repeatedly complained that they face many challenges such as access to health services, clean water and electricity.
Earlier, the deputy minister for Tribal Affairs Coordination of the Ministry of Border Affairs said that 60 percent of border issues with neighboring countries have been solved through talks, and that efforts are being made to resolve other such challenges as well.
