The measure follows the death of the military chief of the Lebanese militia party Hezbollah, Fuad Surk, during an Israeli bombing, and the assassination of the political leader of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), Ismail Haniye, in an attack in Tehran, Iran, attributed to Tel-Aviv.
From its account in the social network X, the British Embassy also informed about the continuity of its essential tasks, among them, the provision of services to the citizens of the European country.
It also reiterated the call to leave that nation ‘while commercial travel is still available’ and urged them to register on its website, in order to receive the latest information on the evolution of a possible escalation of the conflict.
