In light of the threats of a broad confrontation, the religious reference endorsed the line of resistance to the occupation and the dignity of the Lebanese to defend their sovereignty in the face of Israeli incursions.

In this regard, Al-Khatib stressed that the path of struggle succeeded in preserving the rights of the Lebanese to their southern land, despite sacrifices and martyrs.

According to the vice chairman of the Shiite Supreme Council, the current reality will end with the victory of the resistance and its people against the enemy of the Arab and Islamic world and the Palestinian cause.

In A-Khatib’s assessment, the triumph will pave the way for the return of the Palestinian people to their land.

On the occasion of the fourth anniversary of the explosion in the capital’s port, he called for avoiding delay in revealing the truth by correcting the judicial path and distancing this national issue from political interests.

In his message, Al-Khatib renewed his condolences for the victims of the Beirut port tragedy and the martyrs in the confrontation with the Israeli aggressors against Lebanon and Palestine.
